New Developments

Hotel Sebastopol

Sebastopol, California
Total Lot Area: 64,311 sq ft
Building Area: 68,825 sq ft
66 Guest Rooms
Adjacent parking for 122 cars

Located in the vibrant downtown core of Sebastopol, the proposed design oriented boutique hotel has 66 rooms, a restaurant, meeting/event space, wellness center, gardens, and retail/art/maker studio space. Overall, the project will seek to be the missing connection between the historic core of downtown Sebastopol and the newer Barlow project area to the east by filling a gap in active uses and creating an improved, attractive, and continuous pedestrian realm, including wider sidewalks and publicly accessible passages through the hotel grounds. The redevelopment of this long underutilized downtown parcel will help accomplish this long-standing community goal.
